Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Bulkify Direct, we take pride in offering quality wholesale products at competitive prices. Due to the nature of bulk ordering and B2B transactions, we maintain a final sale policy with limited exceptions.

1. All Sales Are Final

All orders placed on Bulkify Direct are final sale and non-refundable, unless the item is defective, damaged during transit, or you receive the wrong product.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • You must report the issue within 3 business days of delivery.

  • Email support@bulkifydirect.com with the following:

    • Order number

    • Clear photos of the damaged/defective items

    • Packaging photos (if applicable)

We will assess the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement or credit.

3. Incorrect Items Received

If you receive items that do not match your order:

  • Notify us within 3 business days

  • Provide order details and photos

  • We’ll send the correct items or issue store credit after confirming the error

4. Returns Without Authorization

Returns sent without prior approval or without meeting the criteria above will not be accepted and no refund or credit will be issued.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Ordering the wrong product, color, or size

Please verify product specs, pricing, and quantity before finalizing your order.

6. Custom or Special Orders

All custom, made-to-order, or clearance items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable under all circumstances.
